I have been a loyal customer of State Farm for 11 years, but my recent experience after moving to New Mexico for only 6 months due to work has been quite disappointing. While the representative who answers the phone is friendly, I've found the communication to be lacking.
There have been several issues, including misreading emails and trying to charge me a premium for a car insurance policy transfer that I had requested the previous month. This has raised concerns about how well they communicate not only with customers but also between different State Farm offices.
State Farm has always been my go-to insurance provider, so this experience has been especially disheartening. I truly hope this feedback is taken into account, and that service improvement is a priority moving forward.
